You can retrieve English abstracts of Korean patent documents (Korean Patent Abstracts, KPA) on the website of the KIPRIS search service. The KPA include bibliographic data, abstracts, drawings and legal-status information for Korean documents (mostly unexamined applications) dating back to 1979. They are published monthly, with a time lag of about three to four months.
